Hi folks,

I just want to know where to file the case for consumer court?(high court or the magistrate court in Saidapet? )  I do know that we can even fill it with the blank paper with the stamp affixed on it.  And I do know that the case will be closed with 90 days.  And I do know that without lawyers we can lead the case.  (2003 - 2004 -> In Commerce I studied this but I don't know where to submit the case without lawyers).
