The below are the two photos taken near Raj Bhavan - Chennai. The whole road(Srinagar road) looks like this and specifically designed and very neat all through the road.
But my question is: Why these roads are good looking when there is a politician/ Governor residing on the road? What about the other people like me and like you who are residing in other area are not well maintained, usually the road is fully dirty, not that much clean and not properly maintained.
To avoid the dirt and smells near the areas, the Government should give the harsh punishment to the public, so that they will not do that for the next time. Or else can build a public restroom or something else can be build to avoid that smell. Whatever the Government does, this public will never make a use of it.
